All physical Iyanda El Designs products proudly display the authentic and original artwork of Tania Goma of TG ARTS. These designs are applied to products sourced through Printify and their affiliated providers.
All products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.

Healing and Wellness Centre - Energy & Tarot Readings
By booking services through our Healing and Wellness Centre you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use - you further certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Iyanda El Designs Healing and Wellness Centre makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, as to the information, content, materials, or services offered by Tarot reader Hakora. By booking an appointment through our Healing and Wellness Centre services - either Energy readings or basic or comprehensive Tarot card readings, you explicitly acknowledge that all services provided are intended for the sole purpose of entertainment and not intended as legal, financial, or medical advice.
Payment Policy
1. All readings are to be paid for beforehand via secure e-payment at the time of booking.
2. There is no refund for cancellations or a change of heart. Your fee may NOT be put towards future readings if you change your mind. Please understand that if you no longer wish to proceed, it means that Hakora has been holding that booking spot for you and may not be able to fill it.
3. Hakora does not offer refunds for her services, for any reason. Please shop mindfully. If you are not certain that her services are right for you, please feel free to spend time exploring within, to better understand your intended purpose and reason for seeking an Energy and/or Tarot reading in the first place. There are many free resources available online to better help you understand this process.
4. Services Agreement: You will be remitting payment as a “Service”, not “Goods.” You are not paying Hakora for a product. You are paying her for her knowledge, experience, insights, foresights, and her time. You are paying her to set aside everything else in her life, clear her schedule and head space to dedicate entirely to you for the duration of your reading. When you purchase one of Hakoras readings, you are receiving a customized, personalized service, not any ordinary product.
Code of Ethics:
By enlisting the services of ‘Hakora’ through the Iyanda El Designs Wellness and Healing Centre, you are agreeing to the following Code of Ethics:
1. The purpose of readings being done by Hakora through Iyanda El Designs Wellness and Healing Centre, is to empower the client. If you are seeking a purely predictive Tarot reading, you may wish to contact a different style of reader.
2. Our resident reader, Hakora, will interpret the cards to the best of their ability, will conduct the reading with honesty and openness, and if they cannot interpret the cards clearly they will tell you that.
3. Hakora will keep everything a client says and everything that is revealed in a reading strictly 100% confidential, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening.
4. Iyanda El Designs Wellness and Healing Centre readings are non-judgmental, and we welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths and sexual orientations.
5. Hakora will not do a reading for anyone other than the booked client, nor will they do a reading for anyone under 18 years of age.
6. Hakora will strive to give clients positive direction and guidance, to help them to find practical and empowering courses of action.
7. Iyanda El Designs Wellness and Healing Centre will not give advice in areas for which it is not qualified. If the client needs a physician, psychologist, lawyer, financial advisor, accountant, or any other professional service for which Hakora is not qualified, they will encourage them to seek such service from someone who is qualified in that area.
8. Hakora will at all times strive to improve their Energy and Tarot reading skills, and to always pursue learning and growth.
9. It is Hakoras intention to serve the best interests of the client and all concerned without causing harm or deception.
10. Iyanda El Designs Wellness and Healing Centre reserves the right to refuse to do a reading for a question that they feel they cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.
